RESERVATION POLICY
Our operating schedule is Monday through Sunday.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and confirm that you have selected the correct date and time for your reservation. It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details are accurate prior to checkout.
Selecting an incorrect date does not qualify for a refund. However, such cases are eligible for rescheduling in accordance with our rescheduling policy.
LATENESS POLICY
If your party arrives more than 25 minutes after the scheduled start time of your session, the reservation will not be honored.
To retain eligibility for rescheduling, you must contact us on the same day as your original reservation. One reschedule is permitted within 30 days of the original booking date.
Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of tickets.
CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session for any reason, one reschedule may be requested within 30 days of the original reservation date.

You must contact us on the day of your original reservation to request rescheduling; otherwise, tickets will be deemed invalid. A $20 rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling is not permitted for reservations of more than five (5) guests.
