Our lateness policy?

If your party is set to arrive more than 25 minutes late to your session, your reservation will NOT be honored. You
must contact us that same day of your reservation to reschedule your booking. You will only be able to reschedule once within 30-days (of your original
reservation) or you will forfeit your tickets.

Our cancellation policy?
No Refunds. If you can’t make your reservation for any reason, rescheduling is allowed (once) within 30 days of your
original reservation. We MUST be contacted the day of your original reservation. Otherwise, your tickets will be
invalid. No rescheduling allowed for reservations larger than 5.
