Scheduled Start Time
Birthday parties will begin promptly at the scheduled start time agreed upon at booking.
Guest Arrival
Guests are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrival of individual guests will not delay the start of the event or scheduled activities.
Host or Client Lateness
If the hosting party arrives late, the event will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Time lost due to late arrival will not be extended or rescheduled.
Grace Period
A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be accommodated at the discretion of management. This does not alter the event end time.
No Refunds or Credits
No refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued for time lost due to late arrival of the host, guests, or attendees.
Exceptional Circumstances
Exceptions may be considered only in the case of unforeseen emergencies and must be communicated as soon as possible. Any accommodation is at management’s sole discretion.
