If your party arrives more than 25 minutes after the scheduled start time of your session, the reservation will not be honored. To retain eligibility for rescheduling, you must contact us on the same day as your original reservation. One reschedule is permitted within 30 days of the original booking date. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of tickets.
All reservations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session for any reason, one reschedule may be requested within 30 days of the original reservation date. You must contact us on the day of your original reservation to request rescheduling; otherwise, tickets will be deemed invalid. A $20 rescheduling fee will apply. Rescheduling is not permitted for reservations of more than five (5) guests.
